1. Bookings

All journeys must be pre-booked in advance via our website, phone, or email. It is your responsibility to provide accurate details, including pick-up time, location, number of passengers, and luggage.

2. Pricing & Payment

All fares are quoted in advance and include VAT (if applicable). Prices may vary based on changes to the journey. Payments can be made via cash, card, or other accepted payment methods at the time of booking or upon journey completion.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 hours prior or in the event of a no-show.

4. Waiting Time

For airport pickups, we allow up to 45 minutes of free waiting time after flight landing. For all other journeys, a grace period of 10 minutes is included. After this, additional charges may apply.

5. Luggage

Please inform us in advance if you have excess luggage. Active Link Transport Ltd reserves the right to refuse transport if the vehicle is overloaded or unsafe.

6. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer behaving inappropriately or under the influence of alcohol/drugs. Damages caused to vehicles may be charged to the customer.

7. Liability

We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. traffic, weather, road closures). While we always aim to arrive on time, we recommend allowing extra time for your journey.

8. Flight Tracking

We monitor flight arrivals and adjust pick-up times accordingly. However, it is your responsibility to notify us of any flight changes as early as possible.

9. Child Seats

Child seats are available on request. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure the appropriate seat is requested and properly secured.
