Basic life support and AED Training
Learn to Use a Defibrillator with Confidence
Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) can save lives, so understanding how to use them properly is an important skill. Our 4-hour training course covers all the key techniques needed to operate an AED effectively, helping you feel confident and prepared in an emergency situation.
No prior experience is necessary to take part in this course. AEDs are straightforward to use, and our expert trainers will guide you through every step with hands-on, in-depth instruction.
Duration: 4 hours
Includes: Defib Training Certificate
EMERGENCY FIRST AID at WORK (EFAW)
Emergency First Aid is a shortened and less intensive version of the First Aid at Work course. It covers similar aspects of First Aid training, such as CPR etc. Please check with us if you are unsure of which course to book yourself onto, and we will give you enough information to help you to decide on the perfect course for you.
No previous training is required to attend this course, as you will be trained by some of the best paramedics out there.
Duration: 1 day / 6 hours
Includes: 1st Aid Training workbook and Emergency First Aid certificate (lasts 3 years.)
FIRST AID AT WORK Training (FAW)
Comprehensive First Aid Training
This course offers thorough, hands-on instruction covering a wide range of first aid skills essential for responding effectively to various emergencies. You will learn how to manage minor injuries such as cuts, burns, and bruises, as well as more serious situations including fractures, choking, and severe bleeding. The training also covers vital life-saving techniques such as CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs).
Designed for beginners and those with little or no prior first aid experience, the course is delivered by highly qualified and experienced trainer who provide clear guidance and practical demonstrations. Throughout the sessions, you will have ample opportunity to practice skills in realistic scenarios to build confidence and competence.
By the end of the training, you will be equipped with the knowledge and ability to act promptly and effectively in emergencies, making you a valuable resource in your workplace, community, or home.
Duration: 3 days / 18 hours
